Brita Champlain Water Filter Pitcher, 10 Cup with 2 Filters

I use this every day for making coffee and also for my drinking water.

Pleased with purchase. It's just the right size and it filters the water well. I really like that it came with an additional filter.

It was easy to set up initially and it is easy to use. We use it all day long and refill with tap water to be filtered out. Water tastes fine.

Best price, timely delivery. I am very happy I was able to get the largest size they had - 10 cups - but not so happy because I had a much earlier Brita pitcher that was 15 cups which unfortunately finally broke. Oh, it is a minor thing but the lid is a step backwards and is incomprehensible to me, the "button" where you put your thumb appears to do nothing, lifting the lid up for refill makes no sense.

Does what you would expect, filters the water and gives it a clean taste. My only reason for the 4 stars is the button you push to open the top, in order to fill it, does not work. I have to put a knife in the lid crack and pry it open. Not really a game changer just a bit inconvenient.

Pour spout stinks. Water goes all over the place. Simply makes a mess.

I ordered the Kinnikinnick Gluten free Smoreables Graham Style Crackers and I opened them and more than half were broken into many pieces. So much for serving to friends.

This is so dumb because there is not a spot to indicate I never got this item.

Ordered as a gift that never showed up. My money was refunded
