Easy to install and replace filter cartridges. Tastes great. Switches from tap to filtered water nicely. Chrome color is a plus since it matches my kitchen well. 3 different settings, 2 are tap. It filters out around 99% of lead which gives me piece of mind in old house with old pipes. Only brand I use.
These water filters are really easy to connect. I just used the release button and changed it out.
Easy to install! Water tastes great . I also have the Brita filter pitcher.
Good products, Excellent Service
Still my favorite way to make our water safe and drinkable. Though it doesn't last the whole 4 months per filter it says, it could be that here in florida the water is super contaminated or the fact that we drink so much water. But its still a better way to get fresh and clean water with out any plastic bottles involved.
Good value and it was delivered to my door
it leak right b4 yellow lite on. my neighbors next door has the same problem, please do better and corrected that then you will be fine.
The filter and system seem to work well at first and water does taste great. The problem is the same with filtration mount--the manufacturing quality is so poor that it breaks down some time after (right after refund window in this case). The 2 filters that came included with the system worked well for 4 months each. Then I bought a box of replacement filters, and the first filter started leaking badly after about 2 months, even though the filtered water tasted good and the indictor light was still green. I returned the filter replacements and bought a new box. The new filter fixed the problem, so the problem wasn't the mount. Then the same leaking happened about 2.5 months in. You're not saving money if the stated life of product is half of what's stated. As for the filter mount, looks like I can't post a review because I had purchased in store, but about 14 months later (right after 1-year warranty), the indicator light is no longer working, FYI. I've used Brita products for many, many years. It's a shame when companies take a product with a great concept and design and then relegate it to poor workmanship. I don't know if I could recommend using for a year and buying a new one because it does work well and takes up little space. Only time will tell if another company sees the market potential, takes the same idea and simply improves manufacturing quality.
The filters were not in plastic bags like they normally are and no installation instructions which makes me wonder whether or not this box was tampered with.
I have been using this system for about 2 years. From time to time the filter would fly off the device and I would have to put it back on. I was able to get the filter back on the unit. Now, the new filter replacement will not go into the faucet mount. When I did an online search for a solution to my problem I discovered a large number of people with this probelm. Reddit has a dedicated thread of people trying to figure out the problem. I also discovered that there was a class action lawsuit against Brita. Brita does not remove minerals, chemicals as completely as they say. The judge ruled in favor of Brita because of the wording of their claims. Brita said "may" and not "will."
