Iit's about time that another pitcher with a flap on the pour spout is available. Who wants an open pour spot that would allow bees, wasps, flys, ants, mice, birds, many varieties of inescts, spiders and ants , as well as pollen, dust, mold spores and other airbourne contaminants to enter your water supply. FINALLY, we can buy a pitcher with a spout cover on it! I had a terrible time trying to find a pitcher with this feature. I am a Brita brand fan and was beginning to give up hope. This pitcher is exacly what we've been looking for, for months now. We are very happy with this design. 1) A protective pout sport is built in. 2) The capacity does not hurt hour wrists when me lift it 3) It can fill up a 12 serving coffee maker 4) It is very stylish looking; this is not a requirement for us but we appreciate how sleek and beautiful it looks. 5) Most importantly, we are very happy with the price, the quality, the features, and the performance. I can not say enough good things about this water filtration system. We've been using Brita for decades and are happy to finallly abble to find another one with a spout cover.

I am saving so much money by not buying bottled water now. The filter that came with it lasted several months. Just replaced it, and the water tastes great. Better for the environment too. I LOVE my Brita pitcher!

Arrived Damaged, big crack on spout, will need to return other wise, very pretty and just what I needed, very sad, I can't use it now

The item arrived DAMAGED. I've already spent more than 2.5 hours on phone calls and online trying to get a refund for it without going to the store and using other return options. The only option the supervisor offered was to go to a Walmart store. I talked to 4 associates who kept sending me to another associate. The reason why I am ordering filter delivery is because I CAN'T go to the store, and now the store is asking me to do this to return this water filter. VERY DISAPPOINTING. If you need to order a water filter, don't place your order through Walmart. By the way, it's my second try to order a BRITA filter here in the last 2 weeks; the first item never arrived (it said that the item was delivered, but it was not there, then I was told to wait a few days, maybe it will arrive later, then the store gave a refund, I spent around 1 hour online and on call for this). So it's been 2 weeks already, and I still don't have a water filter. I have lost money, time, and approximately 4 hours in total. Also, I've checked other reviews - I am not the only one who has had this issue with an item arriving damaged. Furthermore, the supervisor with whom I was connected after talking to 5-7 associates was not helpful at all, refused to transfer me to her manager, and even hung up on me during our conversation! Overall, I am extremely disappointed with Walmart's customer service, and I think I will look for other delivery companies. This experience, especially with the lack of any care and respect received from the supervisor today, has left me EXTREMELY dissatisfied.

Came broken. A whole piece fell off.

Everything about it is adorable but the lid doesn’t fit when the filter is inside!! I don’t know if this is just a faulty product or not but I have seen other reviews complaining about this.
