Brita Space Saver Water Filter Pitcher, 6 Cup - Red

I like the way its designed - put together. Easier to add water than my last Brita pitcher. This one matches my kitchen and other small red appliances. The old one is now in the refrigerator. These Brita pitchers make more sense than using bottled water plus it is less expensive. Easy to clean, fill, and always available with fresh filtered water. I love this pitcher!

Marvelous! I live in Tbilisi, Republic of Georgia. Although we have clean tap water and I still dranked. After 2 days of drinking Brita filtered water, it had such a positive effect on me that I don’t go to the toilet at night anymore. Before that I got up 3-4 times. This really surprised me! This is what the effect was in 2 days without any examination of the body. And What processes inside the body will be for a long time is a separate story! Brita is Super! I recommend everyone to drink only brita filtered water!

This Brita Space Saver pitcher worked perfectly in our french door refrigerator. Our appliance is of a smaller size, and we are always finding ways to maximize the space - this worked perfectly! Compared to other water filter pitchers, this produces the the best tasting water and seems to remove the majority of the things you might not wamt in the water. I go by a smell test, and being in Houston our water tends ti be a bit over processed with a strong chlorine smell. This removed the majority of that. We use it primarily for cooking pasta, rice, or boiling potatoes, etc but it can be used for drinking water- especially if you have a cleaner water source. I especially like the light on the top that will flash green or red indicating when it is time to change the filter. The directions provide simple steps to set up the reminder indicator. Overall a great option for purifying water!

I really like this pitcher! The water taste is excellent! Better than bottled water. I'm drinking more and not dealing with plastic bottles. I bought 2 ! Very hqppy with this purchase.

I love this pitcher. Just the right size for my fridge and we can fill water bottles in the morning. No more bottles! The filter lasted us for months, so definitely a cost savings over bottled water. Love my Brita!

The plastic water pitcher seems more fragile than I remember. It was a little rough getting the top piece on once the filter was installed, but, eventually we got it all together.

For a family of 3 who all drink water this one is too small. I should have got the larger one as im having to fill up daily sometimes more. As far as filtration and taste it’s perfect. Standard filters last a long time (months) even filling up as much as we do.

So Brita pitchers are all the same right? I found thats not the case when shopping for my Red 6 cup, Space Saver , Water Filter Brita Pitcher. First there are 3 different kinds of filters, this pitcher takes there base, most economical filter that does the job just fine, so thats a plus on saving money. Also I love the color and it has a flap over the pour spout, which if your a bit of a germaphobe, like me, is a plus. Unfortunately 6 cups is a not quite as big as I expected it to be, so thats a minus- but more a perception issue than design flaw. Also it does have a nice slim space saving design and can indeed fit in my refrigerator door! Another nice feature is the digital reminder on the lid that lets you know when your filter needs replaced! I havent had the pitcher long enough to test if it works, but I hope so! Only downside is the water fill resivour is pretty tiny compared to my old Brita so you have to fill it up 3 plus times to fill the entire pitcher if empty. So in summary; nice design, color and practical economically. Downside; a bit small and needs to be filled often. Yes, I would recommend:)

Love Brita. I like this older design with the flip spot as the new Denali does not have one.

Once again, I should have read the reviews! LID DOES NOT FIT once you put the filter in - not even close! not even a little close - yes, I can still filter water, but can't put the lid on it to pour - really sucks when you pay this $$ for something that doesn't work - not worth the hassle of taking it back - READ THE REVIEWS FIRST PEOPLE!! And yes, I am an educated woman that knows how a lid should go on something - but it's like a circle trying to fit into a half moon - just doesn't work - in the photo you will see me pushing down but the filter is stopping it from going all the way down - it's almost like it's not the right lid
