Has the purported heart healthy benefits of red grapes %26 red wine ... I don't drink alcohol.

This is my number one choice for resveratrol supplementation. I love that it includes grapeseed extract -which I used to take separately before finding this brand! I also love that it is a capsule instead of a tablet - it takes up so much less room in my organizer than the brand I used previously (two brands actually - since I no longer have to purchase grape seed extract separately). It's a generously sized bottle so I only have to order one about every 3 months! If they happen to be out of stock of this when I need to reorder - I am reminded of just how much I love this one when I have to supplement those horse pills available in store, and between those and the grapeseed extract - a 30-day supply cost the same as this 120 day supply! I do believe that this blend is also higher potency.

Resveratrol is a very good product for me and my husband.
