I've been taking Spring Valley Vitamin C 1000mg, 500 count for about a year, this is my second order of the same. I take 3000mg a day and haven't been sick since, really!

good value for Vit. C
vitamin C has a range of prices from different sources. This one had the best amount for the right price. as for a mid rating for taste? i swallow it without tasting it along with my other meds.

Very economical vitamins
This is a lot of vitamin C at a really reasonable price. I like the rose hips it makes it more natural. I take one of these every day. It helps heal things.

Massive 500-count bottle—incredible value for dail

These vitamins are great. They have a good value for how many they put in a in a jar and it's kind of weird that I used to order gummy's but now I ordered the tablets they I like them. They're great value for the money and I will order them again thank you.

Sweet and sour
First I heard of vitamin C being good for bones was in the list of word prompts, but as my age I'll take it if it is true, like the orange flavor but it is not sweet so do not suck on it unless you want to pucker up. Not sure if it has helped to control my appetite but do know when I skip taking it I get more run down, so I know it helps with energy. I also seem to get less ill with I am taking it, so I think it helps with the immune system, but I am no doctor. As for vegans if that your cup of tea have at it. I am a former vegan as it did not work to keep me healthy.

Works wonderfully, top quality.
I have been taking these Spring Valley Vitamin C pills for years. They keep my gums healthy and all of my body healthy. I rarely get sick.

Life saver
Very good value all the way around. I have been taking this everyday since covid and I have yet to have a cold. That's over 6 years!! Taking vitamin C is the only change I made so I have to give credit where credit is due
