It's a vitamin that the pharmacy charged me $20.00 a month to fill. I get a years worth for what I was paying for a month of cholecalciferol. After my parathyroid-ectomy I only have broken 1 Lumbar disk L-5 I broke in 2024. Prior to that I had 2 other fractures L-2 %26 T-12. My blood looks normal now but no sense in stopping taking as my cardiologist is aware and mentioned several of Her Patients in my age bracket are also on this medication along with C0Q10 which I also take now as that fixes the statin medication I'm on Atorvastatin 20 MG which keeps my bad cholesterol down.

Do not buy. It isnt organic as it has so many ingredients. They put the word organic in front of each ingredient. Its full of bad ingredients.
