the instructions were terrible, I finally figured out you have to pull down on the plastic cup/cover. I thought maybe it was just packaging so I tried to remove it, and it pulled down and I'm glad I didn't break it. otherwise this thing is totally awesome and I would have never believed it would clean my ears so good :-) my wife even likes it and uses it weekly. thank you but please include better instructions and provide videos online! great product I'm going to get one for my parents. and show them how to use it LOL

Works well, feels a bit cheap, easily could break on a drop. You get good value for the price, the water pressure is better than expected

Working ok. Was a little wobbly where water storage tank connected. It helped me hear a little bit better.

I was able to get it in 2 hours charged it up until ready. However, the water well is too small and there is not enough water pressure to get the wax out.

absolute trash. had to charge for 3 days just to stop working 10 mins later. dont waste your money

When I turned it on it spewed water everywhere.

Worst item I've ever purchased. Did not work one time. Arrived completely inoperable, and the instructions are poorly translated. I will never buy from this brand again.
