I never get colds or flus, but my allergies get so bad you'd think it's those two things. Always saw these on the shelf and finally decided to make the buy after some research. Did some yard work and started feeling it, went it and did a session with this device. This thing cleared my mucus right out. Did it for my son when he got a cold and he got better days faster than before. Just make sure you follow directions.

Electric neti? Yes! I have horrible sinus headaches and usually it's cause I have mucus clogging things up. This thing is amazing. The settings are amazing. Only complaint is watch when it's almost out of it's gonna shoot a bunch of sputtering air in your nose. Highly love over the non electric ones never going back

I've tried other nasal irrigation methods. This is the best. It's easy to operate, adjustable, and effective. The price is comparable even to manual, squeeze bottles.

This irrigator gets the job done, HOWEVER, the motor keeps running after all the saline solution has been depleted. Since there is no OFF button, I think this will burn out the motor soon.

This is ridiculously high powered more then I imagined. I started it and was gagging so much that I pulled it out of my nose and water literally sprayed all over my entire bathroom before I could get it to shut off. I will be returning this because it's too much for what I need.

I bought this product and it worked great for the first 30 days. Couldn't live without it. After 30 days the item stopped working and no longer powers on.

Would not charge an after trying to charge it turned it over a water came out, which means it had already been used and that's very unsanitary because I never put the water part on it. All I did was try to charge it, and it never turned on but water came out of it.

I only used this item 3–4 times before storing it in my cabinet. When I took it out again, it unexpectedly stopped working without any clear reason. Since the return period at Walmart had already expired, I contacted the manufacturer, Barbasol, to request a replacement because the product is still covered under a two-year limited warranty. They informed me that I would need to send the item back for inspection and pay a $6.99 shipping fee, after which they would issue a replacement—even though the product originally cost $25. I emailed them to ask if the shipping fee could be waived, but I never received a response. I find the lack of communication both unprofessional and disappointing. In the past, I've worked with other manufacturers on warranty claims, and none required me to pay return shipping for a replacement. This has been my worst experience so far. Given how this situation was handled, I would not recommend purchasing their products from their manufacture, as I feel extremely dissatisfied with their customer service.

Started out working great. i took very good care of it and done all manufacturer's recommendations when it wasn't being used. i even put a soft cloth around it so if something bumped against it while store it wouldn't break. it had been probably a month or so since i last used it, i get out this evening because my allergies and the water will not come out. you can hear the motor but it's not doing anything. i have checked all the parts except the motorized part and they aren't clogged so it has to be something inside. i even charged it thinking it may have been low battery but that wasn't it. i am very disappointed cause now that i needed it the most i don't have anything.

charged it briefly when I got it, then it felt very sluggish, charged it fully, now it won't turn on at all. for an electric powered sinus rinse, gave a really weak flow of water. have to buy something else cuz it completely stopped working.
