I have ordered 3 of these high yield print cartridges and none of them have been even CLOSE to the advertised number of pages (and I only purchase genuine brother toner). The printer starts giving you a message about being "low" on toner far before it is. You can cancel this but after a few times it locks you out and you CANNOT USE THE DEVICE until you replace the toner, even if the print quality is perfect and there is plenty of toner left. False advertising for sure. The smart chip counts pages and does not actually assess how much ink is used. So if you print 4000 blank pages you will throw out an essentially full toner.

I barely started using a brand-new MFC-L2750DW around 11/01/22 & the cartridge that came with it was used up in less than 10 working days. I then installed a TN-770 but it is also dead. The total count reads 4543, Fax is 2003 & Copy is 471. We are a low volume small office & don't have heavy usage of fax & copies.

Not even close to 4500 pages! Replaced a new, not refill 770 about 2 months ago and I have been very disappointed with how long it lasts. I think I am going to go with the locally refilled because I can get them for 1/3 the price and they seem to last as long.

After years of good results with Brother printers, I now have a problem with the MFC-L2750DW. For some reason, it will no longer work with the TN-770. I don't know if it is due to a software update or a change with the cartridge. Either way Brother support says the printer needs servicing. The printer works fine with the old TN-770 cartridge and new TN-730 cartridges. A 2nd MFC-L2750DW in our office now has the same problem.
