Brother Wireless HL-L2460DW Compact Monochrome Laser Printer, Duplex and Mobile Printing

Printer arrived very quickly, quicker than I expected. Installing and setting up the printer was simple a piece of cake. My old printer was hard wired with a cable but this one has WIFI and setting it up was a breeze. So far the printing is very good for what I need and use it for, I hope it last me as long as my old one did (9 years). I'm happy with my purchase, I would recommend this printer to any and everyone who needs one.

A lot of reviews claimed it was difficult to connect to WiFi and this is simply not true. There’s a dedicated WiFi button on the printer and with an iPhone it’s quite easy. Also, this printer had no problem printing from sleep mode several hours later. Yes, make sure to download the full printer software on a laptop and update the printers firmware. Overall, this brother printer is best in class, connected easily to the internet and also printed no problem from my iPhone even hours later.

I love this printer. I got tired of hsvining to buy ink cartridges. This printer uses a tóner cartridge with black ink only. . Yes, everything is in black and white but that is all i need. The cartridge that comes with the printer is still going strong. It was easy to setup and easy to use.

It's an absolute workhorse for label printing. I am still dialing in settings, but so far I really like how the printer works, prints and integrates into my system.

I had to replace a super nice dell laser printer. I wasn't wanting to spend hundreds and found this brother printer. It's been so great! I use it for business purposes. It's quick and fast. We hooked it up with the ethernet cord and have had no issues. Wifi printers always disconnect. So get yourself hooked up with the ethernet cord. The ink isn't super expensive either. This is a great value for something that works fast and efficient. It's only black and white but that is all I need. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat!

While I miss having a large screen on the printer for changing settings, all changes can be made through an app on my computer. So far this printer has exceeded my expectations for quality and ease of use.

Setup was a bit frustrating

Part of my dissatisfaction is my own fault. I obviously didn't read the description closely enough. Having said that, I was very dissapointed to find, once the package was opened and the unit hooked up, that there is no unpaid option to scan or copy. I wouldn't buy this unit again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

HORRIBLE product!! I will never buy another piece of junk from Brother. I spent TWO HOURS Sunday trying to set up this piece of junk. So complex. Need a technician to do it. On Monday, I continued for another hour before ending in frustration. Now Wednesday, I've put in probably 30 minutes and this printer is still not yet up and running. I've worked with computers all my life and have never had a product so complicated to set up. If I had any idea that it would take so many hours and so much frustration, I never would have bought this junk. Save your sanity. Skip Brothers products. As of this moment, it is still not up and running. Incredible! Walmart should drop this product and find better printers to sell.
