The brother printer itself has excellent quality for price. The toner cartridgeneeded for the printer can be changed easily. The directions and instructions that came with the toner cartridge were clear and helpful. Once the new printer was installed, I was able to start printing documents again immediately.

Best option
The Brother brand installed easily and is working great and well worth the slight extra cost vs generic version I had previously %26 unsuccessfully tried. Added bonus is there is a free UPS drop-off label included for recycling and keeping the old one out of the landfill.
