Brother Wireless MFC-L2760DW Compact Monochrome All-in-One Laser Printer with Copy, Scan and Fax, Duplex and Mobile Printing

very similar to my other brother copy/fax/scan.. Like that I don't need to buy ink.. like that it is probably as reliable as my previous brother multi copy machine.. it seems like it is a little easier to operate.. also can connect other devices with wi fi.. which my other machine did not do..

The printer arrive on time, I did have to return it because it wrinkles the paper but I'm very happy with walmart return process and their online shopping experience.

Our printers at work went out so, I need to get some more. We have always used Brother. They interface well with our system. These were easier than ever to install! In a few minutes, I had them all in place hooked to the Wi-Fi and printing with no problems.

I have bought inkjet printers and ecosystem printers. They have bought me many problems and frustrations. I searched on YouTube to see what printer is suitable for me and I found laser printer and I brought Brother MFC - L 2760DW. It worked great with fast speed and I like it.

We were tired of the price of ink for ink jet printers that really didn't work so well. That's why we decided on a monochrome laser printer. Based on information from an *Amazon* review, I decided to NOT follow the set-up instructions that came with the printer (via the brother website). Instead, I plugged it in and used the menu on the printer itself to detect our Wi-Fi signal. I entered our Wi-Fi router name and password. It is a little tedious to scroll through the numeric keypad for the alpha and uppercase letters, but it works. The printer quickly connected to our Wi-Fi. Then I added the printer to my laptop and it was immediately able to print. And it easily connected to my cell phone as well. It's still new to us, but working very well so far. Brother laser printers have a good reputation, so I don't expect any problems.

I really like this printer. The only complaint is that I did not understand a certain aspect about printing from one of the trays after I set it up. As is general practice today, there was no regular paper manual provided. I searched online for answers and could not find any, so I went to the Brother website for help. To get an answer to my fairly simple question, it said I would have to sign up and pay monthly for customer support. That's ok for a company with expensive commercial models, but it didn't make much sense for a home model. I would have paid the price of the model within a few months of that service. I didn't pay and I was able to eventually figure out the problem, which was pretty simple and something they could have told me very easily.

Have owned several Brother all-in-one laser printers with no issues. This one is not up to their usual standards. About 2.5 months in, the wifi connection to our computers went down. And after exchanging the initial printer cartridge with an OEM new one, the printing has been very uneven and unsatisfactory. If connected by USB, it works fine except for the print quality. After trying all the suggested solutions and trying to contact Brother to make a warranty claim has been hardly worth the effort. Steer clear of this model!

Despite the warnings of installation instructions that were incorrect I thought I would be able to figure out how to get it to print wirelessly. Worked on it for 3 hours and now I am on hold with a 50 minute wait time "due to unexpectedly high call volume". Is it really unexpected? Good luck if you go with this unit and want to use wifi printing.

I bought this printed All in One for the scan option. The printing is good, but scan can only be done to mobile app not to an email or PC. Then when you share to Email its sent as individual attachments not a group.

This printer connected to my 3 Windows 10 laptops but refused to connect to my Windows 11 Laptop. I spent an hour omn the phone with Brother to no avail. On a hunch I began a search on the 'Net for toner for it and I found it is VERY hard to come by... for example Walmart doesn't even sell it!!! Enough! It went back to the store!!!!
