Great creatine products very effective and very no bitter tasting creatine

One scoop is all you need but for intense workouts I put a little bit in my water during a class and then drink an additional full scoop post HIIT class for maximum recovery benefits. I recommend using a frother to really dilute the powder in the water.

I have not used it long enough to speak to it's effectiveness, but I can say that it seems like a good product. It dissolves well when mixed with liquid and it does not impart a strong flavor. I first tried it plain with water to get an idea of how strong it might in a flavored drink. While I wouldn't choose to mix it solely with water, it would not be gross, who can means it's useable in a pinch when I don't have anything but water handy. I structipns were clear and price appears to be competitive with other brands.

My son likes the Creatine because it doesn't taste bad and mixes well with water, and does what it's supposed to do!

However, I didn't find the powder very convenient to use because it was not easy to mix. I also noticed some nausea after taking it. Because of this, I would personally choose creatine capsules instead of powder for a more comfortable experience

It's easy to scoop out the right amount and mix with water, easy to take everyday. The recommended serving amount is perfect and doesn't hurt my stomach like other powders do.
