I tried it with water to see about taste and texture differences. But I didn't notice any and that's a great thing for me. I tend to have issues with textures and tastes when it comes to things. I'm not sure i know what creatine does but i am definitely going to do some research and try it in all kinds of different things. I also notice theres not really a difference in appearance either so i just feel like I'm drinking plain water.

I've used it before my workouts and I feel more energy an better performance. I also liked that the package arrived in perfect condition and well sealed. My muscles are not fatiguing and I feel a clean rejuvenation. It's powder-like consistency makes it dissolve easily, unlike protein powder and it is tasteless so I add it to other mixes or smoothies and I don't taste a difference. Definitely a winner.

I like that this is a flavorless powder on the bottle. It says it's perfect for stacking so I've been mixing it with my collagen smoothie so far I really like it.
