Great for smoothies
We do lots of smoothies and add many supplements to them. It's early for me to comment on the effectiveness, but the product seems very pure and I just love that with this line, you can choose from a great assortment of sizes. A great value in any size. I will update after a good trial, if possible.

This is good stuff. Alpha lipoic acid is supposedly inferior to the "r" type, because half is the natural form and half is synthetic in regular ala. This type does however mix with liquid MUCH better. I have both types from this company, and this is much less expensive.

This supplement does not mix well in liquid. It does not taste good. It probably can be taken in capsule form. The capsule are sold separately. It will be messy and time consuming to put it into capsule form.

I bought this to take for neuropathy. Mixed as directed. It is very caustic to throat. I would not recommend this. Purchase pill form or put in capsule.
