I have only been using this product for a couple of weeks with the purpose of improving I dryness and eye pain. I feel like it is helping as I've had to use less eye drops and have applied hot packs less frequently. the long-term effectiveness can be determined after several more weeks.

Confirmed ingredients
This is great value for the money. Astaxanthin has many great benefits, I've been taking it for years. This brand has been proven independently to actually contain the amount stated as many brands do not. I recommend this 12mg product.
