Morning Energy
I was pleasantly surprised with the consistency, taste, and effect of this product. I started with 1/4 teaspoon in my coffee, usually two cups per morning. It definitely improved my energy.

I do feel better, more energetic, and my testosterone levels have increased considerably since I started taking this supplement. I add it to my post-workout shake. It dissolves well in water.

Taste good
Taste like coco lol and smells like it too but it's easy to use and put in my smoothies and i definitely tell a difference now that I've been drinking it for two weeks now

its hard to mix, but it lifts my mood weather it helps with my libido you will have to wait until I find someone willing to experience that aspect with me

I use it for energy ..
I use black maca for energy, and my brand was not available so I got this one instead. I feel it works the same way I do fell with my own brand. It works well to give me energy.
