i gave a four star rating for one reason
i dont want to develop an addiction to anything supplemental that builds muscle or helps muscle development in an unnatural manner. other then that i tried it for a month, and noticed i could do a heck of a lot more and had some fair gains not extreme but fair.

Well, I was highly disappointed when I found out by reading the label that you have to take seven capsules a day. It is not a good deal.
