dim is awesome for hormone regulation, and I think this is a very good value. i haven't found a better deal than this! the pills themselves are pretty big, so be prepared for that. I guess they can be broken if needed.

I switched to this brand for the menstrual cramp from a higher unit price brand, which has herbs except for diindolylmethane. It proves that the active ingredient controlling the cramp are not those herbs which overcharge me for a while.

I just use for the first 5-8 days of my cycle for healthy estrogen, then i use vitex (just 100mg) on cd 13-15 to trigger ovulation, then progesterone on cd 18-28. helps with all cycle symptoms!

I didn't really notice a difference one way or another. When I took it I didn't feel better or worse and same when I stopped. Went through the whole bottle and noticed no difference. Just my experience though so take it with a grain of salt. If you want to give it a shot, go for it.
