Game changer, super supplement!
I use it since 3 weeks now, I lost 2 pounds. I am 54, I hardly believe it. No more bloating, my tummy is flatter. I am very satisfied with this product. I put it into my kefir every morning.

this is a great value for the quantity. it tastes and smells strong so best to mix with a meal (preferably fat-soluble) to help you digest. It recommends you use a scale to measure your dosage since it's easy to miscslculate. i like that the powder has second sealed bag inside the package.
