Great Buy
Tried this brand after another brand ran out of their 1.5 tub and I'm not disappointed. I noticed that this Psyllium Husk dissolved alittle faster. I add this to my daily Protein Greens Juice for extra fiber 😄. No issues with taste either so all is great 👍👍👍

mix it well and drink it fast
Much cheaper in powder form than in the capsules. Overall a better buy although you do have to mix it well and drink it fast - usually I add in our smoothies. Very satisfied.

Great stuff
Cured chronic diarrhea and regulated BM, finslly, without medication. It only takes 1/4 teaspoon once each morning. **G-tube feeding: only few drops water to gradually blend adding more until smoothed to gravy consistency add more liquid and mix well.

Good frictionless supplement
It is legitimate psylium husk as far as I can tell, and it's easy to throw into smoothies no problem.

not as advertised the packet is smaller packaging is differently ordered for husk, not powder and I would like to return the item
