These work great for digestive help, and they cost less than IBgaurd or Equate's Intestinal Comfort. But be sure to note they are a bit less than 1/3 of the size of IBG or Equate, so you might have to take 3 of them to get the same result. It would just depend on how severe the digestive issue is. But these cost a nickle per pill, so you could take up to five of them and still save a penny per dose! As the equate cost 31 cents for one capsule and I can't say how much the IBgard cost per capsule because foul language would slip out with it. Anyway, I'm sure you get the comparison I'm trying to make here. 3 of the Bulk Supplements should be enough for even the meanest "digestive discomfort", so this lets you spend that money on funner life things.

I was surprised to find such a large quantity of softgels, you get 365 softgels in the container, which will last me a long time. I do not like taking Bismuth for my upset stomach, but this worked fine for me and was an effective substitute, will buy again.
