Love this
I bought this to replace the Azo Bladder Control capsules, I was having a problem swallowing the capsules and it has pumpkin seed in it as well. I love these liquid caps so much better, easier to swallow and they work really good.

Just what the doctor ordered!
They are easy to swallow. Pumpkin seeds are recommended for male prostate issues. My husband was very happy when I found them in Walmart. The dosage is once a day so this is about 3/4 of a year's worth.

Good stuff for hair loss,
I take the pumpkin seed oil for my hair breakage and hair loss. It works wonders. I am very pleased with the results.
