I saw some YouTube video that said cod liver oil is supposed to be really good for you, so I thought I'd try it. I've seen no negative effects, and I don't know if it's making my fingernails grow long and strong, but something I'm doing is. Until I find out differently, it can have the credit.

I take one everyday. It seems to be good. I also take a prenatal vitamin and eat clean mostly. So, i guess time will tell. I researched Norwegian cod liver oil was the best. I have no complaints
