I have only just started taking the taurine supplements, but I purchased them because taurine is supposed to help with tiredness and I have been tired quite often. I did not notice any undesirable taste or smell with the capsules , so I will just need to see if they help with my low energy level. Hoping to see a difference over time.

4 capsules is 2000mg, so 1 is 500mg which is the amount I take and I thought the price was very good.

it is cheaper to get it as powder , but if you want capsules this is the best deal around. tastes just like pure taurine powders i have bought if you open the capsule .
