This was a substitute for magnesium glycinate to help me sleep at night. ( live over a bar) and to help me ease up with the stresses from work. Need was effective and no side effects, no bloating or loose stools.. AND I am very pleased with the delivery from Walmart. Lke the rest of the universe fI've used AMAZON PRIME for years. Good for health and mood

I was only able to take 1 dose of this supplement - took it at bedtime as my physician’s assistant recommended. I started having a rapid heartbeat within 30 minutes of taking the capsule and it took me quite a while to fall asleep. I had vivid nightmares throughout the night and felt like I was in between being awake and asleep for quite a while. Thankfully it did not throw me into a panic attack but I was on the verge. Felt like a zombie all of the next day. I have had trouble with anxiety and panic for almost 19 years and the only thing that helps right now is Xanax and Benadryl. I’m glad this works for some but it’s definitely not for me.
