I have had trouble sleeping for years, menopause is not for sissies! Melatonin seemed to give me bad dreams and I really did not like having to take Ambien. What I have been doing is taking some reishimushroom about an hour before bed and then at bedtime I take some I need some glycinate and valerian root and most of the time I am able to get to sleep with no difficulty.
This is the best thing that I can take to calm my nerves enough to where I can get a good nights sleep.
This valerian root does work very good to help you feel calm and go to sleep.it really works like melatonin does.Rob.
Nutricost makes a good product. The container was busted due to shipping so i returned it. Will buy again
The latest bottle tasted much more earthy than previous product. It does help relax and calm so sleep is much easier.

This Valerian Root Capsules, really didn't do what was expected. I was extremely disappointed in the product. I am going to try a different brand.
It's too strong so I won't be taking it no more have to cut it in half. Don't want that even anymore. I usually have 1500 a day 500 mg three times a day, I'm sure some people like it strong people. I accidentally ordered another bottle. I'm taking it back getting Walmart card are back on my account never have a problem, taking things back.
This is 4000mg which is WAY OVER the recommended dosage of 300-600 mg a day . I cannot take this.
