Calm Vibes
I started feeling calmer after a few weeks of taking these. I did some research and the ingredients are right and dosage is high enough in this product needed to see the results per prior studies.

Learned something new!!
Ok Baccopa Monnieri, I feel you! Was very skeptical about this, but it really helped! Now, it's not a regular med, but it helps with my focus and I love that!!

Effective
My dad had a stroke a few years ago and lost some of his cognitive abilities including speech. He's aware of his challenges and believes that Bacopa helps him manage those.

Side effects
I got a terrible headache after taking the full dose recommended. Since then I have only taken one per day and I think that is better for me. Time will tell.

Did not notice any improvement in thinking. Took it for a week. Irritated my stomach. Had to stop taking it. Would not recommend. Waste of money.
