This is a game changer! Wow! My steaks were very tender. I must say , I am impressed with how well this little gadget works! I have done chicken and steaks with it. It is a little hard to push and clean, but that is the design. I f you enjoy a tender steak, this is for you.

It worked exactly as designed to. I prefer to only pierce the meat to tenderize. Due to the design, you are also punching your meat, which inevitably flattens it.

It does what I need it to do, but it does get stuck if the meat is an uneven thickness or if I don't hold it fairly level. This slows down the process a bit. All in all, though, it is a useful gadget.

If you give it time, it will actually work.

This item worked great for a while, and it says it is dishwasher safe but the flat black bottom piece the screws on the bottom that hold that on have rusted. So I cannot use it any longer scared rust will get in my meat.
