Burleson's Grade A Natural Clover Honey has a smooth texture and a sweet, pleasant flavor. It works well in tea, on toast, in oatmeal, or as a natural sweetener for recipes. I like that clover honey has a mild taste, so it does not overpower whatever I add it to.

Highly recommend this honey if you like a no so sweet sweetener in things. The taste is phenomenal and the mixes you can use it in are endless. It’s not as sweet as regular honey but very good still for those that don’t like a super sweet taste. Goes well with coffee and good sub for sugars in some recipes!

This is the honey I remember from my childhood when I lived in Texas. It's a mild honey. The delicious complexity is there, it's just soft and subtle and exactly what I expect the epitome of honey to taste like. I love blending equal parts of this honey and butter to spread on my toasted english muffin or biscuit.

I was grew up on Burleson’s clover honey. Old brand (since 1907, Waxahachie, Texas). The flavor memory of my sweet childhood—a honey by which I judge all honeys, even though it’s a blend, not strictly Texas honey.

I’ve bought Burleson’s honey for quite some time now. I love that the bees are so close to where I live. This makes my life so much better by eating the best honey ever. I’ve got some medical issues and this honey makes my life not only better medically but also it makes it sweeter. I’ll continue to buy this honey as long as l’m alive. Thanks again to Burleson’s and to the bees.

This honey is really good.

The price was good and the honey was fresh, but it has no flavor-hi Tay if I closed my eyes, I wouldn’t know what I had on my tongue. I thought this was honey from the United States, but it is from different areas outside the country as well. It’s not overly sweet, which I like, but as I said, there was no honey taste. I am pretty careful researching things before I buy, and I definitely had the impression that it was honey from this country. I don’t buy honey from foreign countries.

The date on the box was over a year ago, and the honey was crystallized already in the jars. This is old honey, and it should be stated that it’s old when you’re buying it.

Bought this honey thinking it was from Texas, but the honey is sourced from two or three other countries and marketed as being a local honey.
