I love it. I.live in a small apartment in the upper mid west. Right now I have 5 different jackets out because our weather changes every 5 minutes and this device keeps them organized.

Its very sturdy and the clamps hold tight. Real helpful for getting every day items off the floor and found easily. I bought another one to go over the bathroom door for pjs and towels. Works great.

I like this item but they could actually supply a better cushion to help avoid the metal scratching the door. I've fabricated one so just so the door doesn't get scratched as it does move slightly from side to side sometimes. this company's can certainly invest in a better process for the consumer. otherwise when you're tight for space these are excellent room organizers.

I'm more rounded tip on the hooks would be easier on the fabric you put on the rack or possibly rubber tips.

I expected to be able to put my bags on it too it's true to its name tho. Definitely just a towel rack lol

Fairly easy to put together. No directions for assembly. Edges of hooks are sharp and not appropriate for sweaters or other materials that can stretch. If I was using it as a towel rack it'd have gotten at least 4 stars. But as a coat rack ... 2 is as good as it gets.

No instructions. Might not have been needed if sent with correctly sized screws, or even a washer to hold the screw into to too large hole of the over the door hooks I'm going to search for a couple of washers and see if I can get this to work. Even if I do, it won't change my rating.

it said it holds up to 44 pounds and it barely holds four garments. There is no directions how to put together in the first time I put up was falling apart when trying to hang my clothes.
