This set is a very nice set. I've used silverware of all kinds. This set is a great set! I not only love the way that they look but I also love the weight of them in your hand. They're not too heavy. Just heavy enough to balance out well in the hand when holding them and using them. This set is very pretty as well. Minimalistic but can also be used to set a very simple table scape or an upscale tablescape as well. This design is multi functional. I would definitely buy more when I'm able to see them again online and add to the set that I've already gotten.

First the packaging is high end and makes this a very giftable product. I chose the Pepino mirror set which is a very modern sleek design style. Each piece has a high mirror finish, made in one solid piece of steel.The pieces are well balanced in the hand. The craftsmanship is impeccable, not a single flaw, heavy mirror finish. Each piece is very strong, it would be very hard to bend. This set has five different pieces including a salad fork, dinner fork, teaspoon, large spoon and a butter knife. This is a perfect set for a family of four or even a couple. This set with it's beautiful packaging and high quality would make a perfect gift for anyone. Wedding gift, housewarming gift, dorm room gift for college or birthday gift. Cambridge Silversmiths flatware set is very high quality at a affordable price. I immediately replaced my old set for this set. I expect to be using this beautiful flatware set for a long time. It even comes with a 25 year limited warranty.

This flatware set came very promptly via FedEx. I didn't realize that they had a “mirror” finish (never heard of it), but I LOVE it! Very shiny. It's beautiful. It was looking for a plain pattern, just a rounded bottom, and these are exactly what I was looking for. The set has 4 knives, 4 dinner forks, 4 dessert forks, 4 teaspoons, and 4 serving spoons/soup spoons. It's perfect amount of flatware for a single person, but a family should order 2 sets. I didn't see a link to order the matching serving spoons on Walmart.com. The weight of the flatware is excellent. You can tell that they are quality stainless steel. The pieces are slightly larger than my older set of flatware, which is the current trend. The flatware comes with a 25 year warranty, which is as good as it gets.

I'm so happy with this silverware and so is my family. I love how shiny they are, how soft and nice to the touch. They feel solid and pleasant to handle. After washing them they kept the shine. My previous eating utensils became dull after washing a few times but that didn't happen with this Cambridge silverware. They stay shiny with a little water spot here and there, after drying on its own. Because they are so easy to clean, it safe me time and dishwashing soap. I love this because I don't always use the dishwasher machine. We eat fried plantains every day. The plantain starch is a bit sticky and it is a problem to clean this from some eating utensils. Most of the time I have to leave them soaking in water before I wash them to make it easy to remove. I was so happy when I noticed I don't have to do this with this silverware. They are amazing. The variety of sizes are great to please each member of the family. The big fork and knife are around 9" long. The big spoon is about 8.5" long. The small spoon is about 7" long and the small fork as well. I would definitely recommend this wonderful silverware.

i have only had the silver ware for a week but i have washed it and used it every day. There is a nice weight to this flatware. When you are cutting your food, the fork and knife are comfortable in your hands. This set is rounded at the end of each piece which makes it smooth and feels good in your hands. Some flatware is pointed or square at the end and can poke you while you are using it. I like this flatware and would buy it as a gift for someone. You can use this every day....but it would also look very nice in a formal setting with cloth napkins. All in all this is a very nice silver ware set.

I had a few of my friends over and everyone remarked on how beautiful my table looked, I noticed everyone picked up a piece of flatware as they spoke. It is beautiful and screams quality, I love the weight and it eases great no spots! I am more that happy

This review is for the Cambridge Silversmiths Pepino Mirror 20-Piece Flatware Set Service for 4. My first impression of this set of flatware is a very classy set of flatware. This design is plain without having any groves or crevices to collect food particles. The Cambridge Silversmiths Pepino flatware set has a wonderful mirror polished finish. This set of flatware is heavier than the set we presently have which gives it much nicer feel to it, a quality feel. It is made of stainless steel so it should not have a problem with rusting. One thing that I do like about the set is the design of the forks and spoons. They have a nice bend in them that makes it comfortable to hold while using. I guess it must be an ergonomic aspect of the design. This set of flatware is dishwasher safe. But, according to the box the set came in part of the sets care is to pre-wash the pieces prior to loading into the dishwasher. The documentation also states that soaking the flatware is not recommended however for the removal of stubborn food soak in warm water for no more than 10 minutes using a mild detergent. They should be loaded into the dishwasher loosely and washed with a mild detergent that does not contain any acids or bleach. After washing they should be completely dried and cleaned then stored in a dry place. Overall, my wife and I really like this set of flatware and are planning on purchasing another 20-piece service for 4.
