works well to keep the awning from dropping open while driving. However I think they are overpriced but Walmart was the cheapes by at least half then same item at a rv store.

skimpy
I thought wow how inexpensive and just what I need, then I read a review about how they were a bit expensive for what you get.......that review was accurate. These straps are short(13" long), very thin and lightweight. I wonder how long they will actually last out in the weather. The most disappointing thing was that 1 strap doesn't even fit around my small awning. It took the 2 straps looped together to get around 1 end of my awning!! Nice concept, but not long enough and (what appears to be) poor quality.
