Keep a SPARE in your tool box
It never fails. You've planned for your trip. Finally, got everybody (plus the pets) loaded. And you're off to the campground. You find that ideal campsite. You assign everybody different tasks to 'set up camp', and then. You go to pull out the awning and SNAP! " Dear, when did you say was the last time we used this awning?????"

Nice strap, old strap was to short and was hard to get ahold of this strap hangs down a good 8 inches and easy to grab...!!!

Broke the 1st time I used it.
Poor quality. The piece that holds the strap that slides into the awning bar is made of plastic and broke the first time I used it. Would not recommend one with a plastic strap holder.

CHEAP
Very cheaply made, literally broke on the 1st pull to open the awning. And it was a gentle pull by an adult!!
