The retractable transom straps are juss the cats meow. I'm old and disabled so the less movement I do saves me time and trusting of the product. I like ordering my stuff from Walmart. com, no crowds and no fussing with people. Walmart delivery is my best experience in on-line orders.
I love the straps I bought for my fishing boat. I use them to hold my boat on the boat trailer. I bought them for my dad for Father's Day. They were real good. I got a great deal. I get this 10 star rating.

Very nice, only wish the bolts were threaded all the way, I had to use others for them to work on my trailer
It was easy enough to install once I bought my own bolts and lock washers. It doesn't take a genius to see the problem with the two supplied bolts that are only threaded about half way. Other than that, they seem to work fine for my transom tie-down. Maybe consider contacting the "Made in China" factory to correct this issue.
you can tell that it not good quality materials. don't how long they last . just got them.
I installed 4 of these straps on a hitch mount wheelchair carrier, and one snapped on the second use.
