Camco Camper/RV Ladder Mount Bike Rack

Excellent quality product. I admit I was unsure how this would work carrying 2 bikes on my truck camper. I was totally impressed. Definitely not disappointed.

love this ladder rack. I did order some additional straps before I knew they were included but Im glad I did. 1 additional strap makes it so it does not wiggle at all.

I do not recommend for adult bikes you might be able to use this for lighter kids bikes. The rubber fixtures holding the bikes ripped after 2 trips. This metal fixture does not sit at 90 degrees like pictured, it is more like 120 degrees so the bikes are sloped downwards and about to slide off if you dont add extra ratchet straps to try and make it work.

Directions are horrible. Hard to hook onto ladder. Not very tight. Had to add bungy cords. Also, lower part of rack is narrower than ladder so it falls back against RV, and back bike rubs against ladder. We added a wood block to stop this. We have very light bikes but the metal still bent on our first trip.

I'll start off by saying this ladder bike rack lost my TREK bike! Gone. absolute junk.

Did not like , and will be returning. once attached to the ladder the placement of the bikes should be at a 90 degree angle, but it is more than a 90 degree, so it slopes down. i had to stop twice to tie them back on because the rubber tie down just slid down the tube. on my return trip i had to tie the bikes directly to the ladder to make this work, and yet it did slip a little.
