Good stuff

For canned; it's good. I add red pepper flakes. For me, that takes care of the "little somethin' that's missing." Just enough to give it a kick. I also add a splash of milk with tsp butter (or half-in-half if I have it) to give it a creamier taste. I cook for one person so it's much easier than making from scratch. I think the sausage-to-gravy ratio is fine.

This is great to put on biscuits for breakfast. I grew up eating this stuff and it's not bad. If you like this kind of stuff you should try it.

NOT UP TO THE CAMPBELL'S STANDARD. YOUR BETTER OFF USING CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP AND A ROLL OF BOB EVENS SAUSAGE!

I mean, let's face it, folks, you can't expect too much from sausage gravy that comes from a can. Homemade sausage gravy blows this stuff away by miles. However, it'll do in a pinch if you want a quick breakfast. Doctor up the flavor by adding a few dashes of black pepper, hot sauce if you like it spicy, etc. As far as gravy in a can goes, this is pretty decent and has a fair amount of ground sausage in it.

didn't care for the taste

I have tried this but this is definitely something we love a little more Homemade. Campbells is our favorite soup brand, we will keep it that way.
