I was surprised when I first used the opener, on how easy it was to use, clean and store. It requires two AA batteries, easy to install and the unit is a must for those times when the power is out. Great for camping as well.

Easy to use. Seems to have a personality of its own! When you attach it to the can it jumps right on it and starts cutting. When you're done, it's not too happy about letting go. Very effective tool and kind of fun to use!

Really like it. Only problem and reason I didn't rate a 5 star is it does leave a little sharp piece on the can after opening. You have to be careful because you can be cut. Other than that, it works great!!

it dies very easily, sounds like it's straining to work..the motor isn't strong enough, causing it to die. I wouldn't purchase this plastic piece again. Ergonomically, it fit my hand well, but quality? Waste of money.

no matter how I tried, with multiple new batteries just bought from WM, and trying to use it, it would not work!

The product would not release lid kept running for 10 minutes with lid tightly held even tried priers to pull it free. not till I removed batteries did it stop and still it would not release the lid. junk

This can opener is promoted for seniors with arthritis yet ironically enough the battery compartment is impossible for a senior to pry open! I do not recommend this product. I returned it for a higher priced Kitchen Mama opener that is easy to use!
