Very Tasty Topping
I used to buy another brand, but they were more expensive. These, "Food To Live" brand look and taste the same and (so far) are of equal quality. They are quite good, a very good price, and seem to taste the same. I use them as a topping on things. Maybe they're a good "snack"; I wouldn't know; I've never eaten 'em that way. They are 'supposed' to be good for me (and you) - protein and Omega fat; but I can't vouch for that (really, how would you know ?).

Lots of health benefits and great crunchy taste
Hemp is one of the super seeds I am allowed to eat on an alkaline diet. I mix it into my breakfast cereal and it literally keeps me feeling full for about 6-8 hours. Plus, it tastes really good and makes my mushy buckwheat a little more crunchy.

Go great in vegetable smoothies. These are supposed to be a good stand-in for oatmeal. I haven't tried that yet. They are tasty in smoothies

Very high quality
These seeds are expensive for a reason (processing, etc) but Walmart's are the most reasonable and very high quality
