These capsules helped me with candida. I was trying to fight it for many years. All prescribed pills would not work anymore. I consulted with several gynecologists but nothing was wrong with. Because there so many things can trigger it. I started my own research. I found out that microbiome in our body is responsible for our immunity and if bad bacteria overtakes then things like candida may occur. So I started to take candex and lactobactiria in capsules for 3 months. Unfortunately I couldn't fight myself in terms of sweets, sugar etc. Candex helped me a lot. I bought this to help with candida and biofilm and felt terrible on this . Even just taking one a day made me feel awful . I tried to take a week off and then retried but nope , I felt toxins on this . I let a friend try it and same thing . It was on the pricey side .
