Better than warm milk.
This powder was recommended by an employee at a local health food store when I went in to purchase melatonin. I drink this about an hour before bedtime, and I get sleepy naturally and when I wake up I feel good. The added calcium is a bonus.

Easy to use, Taste good
We've been using Calm for over 10 years ! its easy to get magnesium in this drinkable form. taste good, and does the job ! A bit pricey for what it is though

Love CALM!
Always a great product - great taste, effective at bedtime to calm and help with a better night of sleep. My only suggestions would be to include a scooper (or sell one that customers can buy and reuse in future purchases) and to convert from plastic to some other, more conscious, container. LOVE the product!!

CALM will improve your life
This is the best magnesium supplement that I have ever found. I have switched and tried many others over the years-but for 12 years now-this is the long distance winner.

i have used this product for many years. it helps with building strong bones. Most people are magnesium deficient, this helps me to get the nutrients needed.

product does not mix in , leaves chalky substance in bottom of glass, got the plus calcium by accident, did not realize . Never again
