great product. the flax is very fine and no taste. more flax than chia seeds....I just add more chia to my preference. very pleased. will buy again!

I was looking for a product that combines chia and flaxseed. I found it here and the experience has been very satisfactory as the product is 100% high quality and the taste is very smooth, I usually add it to my morning smoothy and the flavor blends with the collagen and protein very well.

Great quality easy to use in smoothies
I know the benefits of supplementing your diet with omega. I've tried countless omega supplements in pill form and it would upset my digestive tract. In this powder form of flaxseed I can benefit from its omega properties and chia seeds is an added bonus. I mix it in my protein drink, yogurt and sprinkle on my salads. It has a slight nutty taste and it mixes great. I can feel the difference in my overall health.
