I got this product because the one I ever used (organic raw fiber is out of stock). I never imagined this product would be as excellent and effective as the other one. Now I will alternate between these two fiber options Very thankful Garden of life.

I actually like the product benefits and it works great. Really helps with constipation but does cause mild bloating and very mild cramps from time to time. It doesn't dissolve very well. I have to use a blender bottle or water bottle and shake very well. I have to drink fast or else it turns into little gummy unpleasant particles. Also it's unflavored and states no taste but it does have a taste and it's not bad but not good. Sometimes if I use Apple juice it tastes a little better but it also foams after I blend in bottle and I don't like the foam. This product also caused me very bad flatulence and digestive upset. I've decided not to purchase this product after I finish my bag.

I gave it 3 stars because the taste is gross. Ill look for another product that has a better flavor.

Sickening sweet; does not mix well with plain water; regret ordering 2 pkgs; expensive and extremely disappointed.
