I just wish it had some way to protect the mode switch so that I can't accidentally turn it. I once had an EOS M5 and I really loved that camera. This camera produces images that are virtually identical to the M5 so it's kind of like having my M5 back.

I have been using this model for about six months shooting product photos in a light box. It is easy to work with after getting used to it. I upgraded from a Panasonic Lumix because I wanted my image to match as closely as possible to what I see in the viewfinder; this camera does the job and is a godsend for eliminating so much post-production work for me. This model has an extraordinary number of features (sort of overwhelming) and I am just starting to use it to make my videos. One more thing: downloading via WiFi is a cinch even though I tried to make it difficult at first (my Panasonic WiFi connection never worked). Happy customer!

Want to get into photography but don't know everything about it? Same for me and this turned out to be a great camera for beginners. Not a complicated machine by any means and after toying with it for a while before going out on a wildlife management area, I felt like I could take plenty of wonderful photos without frustration. Don't try to go too fast with the controls and you'll learn along the way just fine.

Has great auto mode and the scene option takes the guess work out of setting that can be overwhelming to a new photographer, whule the user friendly UI explains what everything does, the only modern feature the camera lacks is a touch screen display. Overall this is a great value for a new or intermediate photographer that takes great quality pictures.

I bought my R100 recently, and it's been worth every penny. I wasn't expecting a whole lot (considering I bought it refurbished), but my expectations got destroyed the second I opened the box. The simplicity of the camera is incredible, it's very easy to use and is very intuitive with the menus. I primarily use a Canon 55-210mm lens, and everything about the camera is amazing. The autofocus, shutter speed, lightweightness and portability (I hike/backpack a lot), built in creative assist, and unbeatable price makes this in contention for the best purchase I've ever made.

Great quality camera

I love the camera's design and weight. The camera doesn't come with a lens. The bundle that I picked for it does not fit this camera. The normal size lenses "do not" fit!

This camera does not come with a lens, lens must be purchased separately. It is the body only.
