An absolute beast of a camera, everything you need as an amateur photographer/videographer plus way more. This is %90 the same exact camera as the 6 Mk II but at a way more affordable price. It’s smaller batteries and only one sd card might be a handicap, but only if you’re shooting often and for hours and hours on end. But honestly get more batteries if it’s really a problem

Just like new. Other than packaging, I can't tell that it wasn't a brand new camera. The R8 camera is very capable, and is easy to use.

This is a huge step up from the 50d I used before. Lighter, more features, what's not to love? I've only used this for about 1,500 photos on a vacation. Easy to use, awesome photos.

After using the RP for 80,000 shots, I upgraded to the R8 which improved most of the complaints I had with the RP without making the camera heavier. Accepting the same accessories is a plus but, I admit, the battery could be better.

The Canon EOS R8 is a great choice for entering full frame at a reasonable cost. It will produce great portraits and landscape photos, as it uses the same sensor as more expensive models. I would suggest that you do your research on various models and get the camera that suits your photography needs at the price point for it.

Body is very plasticy, but overall solid. The LCD hinge and lock seems to lack a snappiness to it that other Canon bodies have. No real complaints, but would have liked a better F&F

This camera body is not new as it is set to connect to an iPhone already. If unit is new, when it fires up it'll ask you to set location and time. This one is already set.
