Canon PIXMA TR8620a Wireless All-in-One Printer, Scanner, Copier, Fax Machine - 4451C032

Excellent replacement printer. I like the automated double-sided printing and the individual ink cartridges. I like the three different ways to add paper especially the tray where I can keep the paper. The on and off button is a little confusing; push it and it comes right on but to turn it off, I have to hold the button down for a few seconds.

My 8 year old MX922 finally gave out and I wanted to replace it with a Canon printer with all the same features - wireless, 4 functions, double-sided printing and double-sided scanning, so Canon recommended the TR9620a. The customer service rep said that Canon has an upgrade program, so I got a discount on the new printer. I love it, although I haven't been able to figure out how to do double-sided scanning. It prints quickly, and I really like the LED touch screen. I would buy any other brand - Canon is the best!

There is nothing about this pretty little printer that I dislike, but everything that I DO like. As previously stated, it was easy, simple, and quick to install, link with my computer and IP, and ready to print. You give the command and BAM! it prints and prints well. And even prints TWO-SIDED! It has a front-loading paper drawer and a paper holder on the back. The touchscreen is large enough and easy to see and use. A lot is put into these printers because they are extremely "user-friendly." Very, very pleased with my purchase. I chose this printer from a google search of the "BEST printer today for home and office use. This came up. I left the store which didn't have this model in stock, went home and ordered and it was here in a jiffy. I couldn't be more pleased. And this comes after dealing with a less than professional group of "HP ALL-In PLAN* folks. I will never go that route again. SO, Canon and Walmart, thank you!! You DONE GOOD!!!

Great printer for home craft and higher end printing projects. Used it for wedding invitations and it handled the 113lb card stock very well. Fed through so consistently I could “double print” (feed same card through twice) for a richer print. Highly recommend this printer, especially at this price.

My previous 4 in one printer died - Canon sent me a brand new one for less then I paid for the previous one. You can always get tech support on the phone, and they can help you on the phone. When my printer died, the tech questioned me about the amount of ink on hand and said it was best to get same printer because ink for a different Canon printer would end up being too costly because it would need a different ink. Ther printer was here in 3 days. Tech support is in the USA - you are not transferred to a tech overseas.

The printer works well and prints quicker than i expected. I wish the installation instructions were a bit clearer but it still went quickly. The only other complaint is that it didn't come with a manual. But most things you buy now don't.....even a car!

Replaced a failed MX870 Canon printer...(purchased 2014)...The TR8620a has pretty much the same capabilities as the MX 870...I am disappointed in the printer being downgraded and cheapened. The MX870 was more user friendly and operated better that the TR8620a...next purchase I will go to retail outlet and do a hands on review of printer and functions before purchasing!

It is not what I needed. When I try to print something it chooses TR820 series fax instead of print and I have to search the computer to find a place to click on the Tr8620 series printer before can print anything. Not what I want to do when I want to print.

Design is the worst I've ever experienced in a printer. It looks sleek sitting on the desk, but it's worthless as a printer until you stop what you are doing, open the front door, and pull out the paper tray guide. What a joke of a design. I'd advise watching Youtube videos of this in action before buying. I'm a 22 year printer/computer/laptop/server hardware repair tech.

Wifi does not connect.; Called three times to try to fix but has not helped.
