Updates will end the party.
EZ ink cartridges have always been great however I made the mistake of updating my printers firmware. Canons updates will lock out aftermarket inks so don't do it. Don't allow your canon to be online and enabled for auto updates. You will end up with a supply of unusable ink cartridges. Now I need to get into refilling my originals with ink from the EZ ink cartridges. Sucks!

Not EZ Ink Brand
These are not the EZ Ink brand. I received some generic ink cartridges that didn't have a name anywhere. They came in a manila envelope inside of a box, they were in individual boxes for each color and I ordered a pack of 5. Couldn't use them in my printer, thankfully Walmart gave me a refund.

Bait and Switch
Received a completely different product than the one advertised/pictured. It was supposed to be EZink, but instead was a batch of refilled Canon cartridges.

Bait and switch??
The items shipped were not the brand that was ordered. There is no evidence on the packaging that the ink cartridges are, in fact, made by EZink, nor is there any expiration date on the cartridges. There should have been a 5-pack box, instead I received 5 separately packaged cartridges, one of which was not the same type packaging as the other 4. I believe that a much less expensive and lower quality product has been switched for what was ordered. Very unsatisfied. Check the picture in the listing by the seller, looks like what I wanted, but nothing at all like what I received.
