Canon PIXMA TS6420a Wireless All-in-One Printer - Black

This printer looks elegant and compact for my home office. The only thing I didn't like about this can and printer was the wireless function did not work to link up to my Motorola Razr smartphone. otherwise installation was pretty straightforward although the Windows 11 nstaller got the job done and the Canon installer did not function properly. Highly recommended!

I love the TWO ink cartridges instead of five! This printer replaced an older (and wonderful) Canon PIXMA printer, worked very similar and fell into place in my office. I am loving it and pleased with the beautiful copies it makes. I always recommend Canon printers when it comes up in conversations.

Have a small construction business and have been running the same Canon Pixma Printer, for 18 years. It finally stopped working. I called Canon talked with one of the sales people. She asked a few questions about our printing needs, and told me the Pixma TS6420a would be the best choice for us. So far so good.

I have only had it a few weeks but so far everything has been great. The upgrade plan was a good thing for me as I live on a tight budget. My only negitive would be the cost of replacement ink! Having worked in a Chemical field--WOW. But I am very happy with my printer and the system.

Like the look and easy to read menus. Fairly quiet. Some times has issues finding the network. Ink cartridges easy to install and find for purchase.

Great little printer for the price. My second one. Major problem is the requirement to have to use canon ink or it malfunctions. Just an unnecessary additional cost mandated by Cannon!

Worst printer I have ever had! It is temperamental, the " simple menu" is not comprehensive, the manual is overly elementary, and absolutely no help in fixing its quirks... It's noisy and slow, and according to AI, all the problems I have been having are " normal" to this model. Too many frustrations to list...just dont buy it!

This is the 3rd time I have tried to inform you guys that I received 2 printers but I only paid for 1, I will not extend any effort or expense to return 2nd printer. The photo verification clearly shows 2 red boxes each containing a printer, the note attached to photo says 1 package delivered. I think you need to reassess and cross check all deliveries made by whoever made such a stupid mistake.

Printed approximately 30 pages, then an error message (support code 5011)) there was an obstruction. Checked for any issues of obstruction and found no problem.

I have tried speaking with Canon IT twice for very lengthy trial and error conversations to get this machine to work. The TS6420a diesel even show up in the Canon site as a USA printer. It doesn't show up as a choice to select as a wireless printer on the app. I have spent way too many hours trying to get it to work. I have a Canon at the house in California and it took less than five minutes to set up. So I chose this Canon printer because I was familiar with it and liked the quality of prints from the other printer but I can't get this one to work and it has been totally frustrating. I was told by Canon that it had to be my internet service and the internet service says it has to be Canon. I would not recommend buying this printer at all.
