Cantu Shea Butter Coil Calm Hair Detangler for Natural Hair, 8 fl oz

This detangler is the very best. I have tried so many products to help on wash day. This is the only one that really detangles my hair. I have 4c natural hair and I am African American so this stuff can get really unmanageable. So thankful I found this product. It is a lifesaver.

This is one of the best products I've used by far when I washed my hair and sprayed this on there. It was so soft and silky. I will buy this from now on.

Love! Love! Love this product. It doesn't leave my hair feeling dirty. It doesn't take as much as other products I've used. My hair is soft and silky when using.

I applied the product with my wet hair. Helped a lot with the tangles I have. With having 3c hair it is a struggle and the shea butter helps detangled and made my hair have a good smell.

So this is definitely a thicker leave in conditioner. I was just looking for a detangler spray. I got this because I love their regular detangler spray, best I've ever used. But this has more ozs and it was a dollar Walmart Cash and would be the same price that way. So I put some of this with water in the other bottle to thin it out. Works just as well! But probably won't but again and just stick to the other one in the future. I like it's scent better, less work, serves what I use it for best etc.

it's a nice conditioner, not what i was hoping for. doesn't disperse evenly because it's thick. There used to be something that looked like the bottle, but was more like milky water. I can't find it anywhere, but it was great for adding shine and calming big curly hair! Unfortunately, this was not it.

The spray pump is straight stream, not a spray mist. I didn't like that. I didn't notice a real difference in detangeling.

This is good for detangling my 4C natural hair before washing it. It isn't sticky nor smelly. Using it with the other Cantu for Natural Hair products is even better.

Firstly, this product works amazingly and the price is unbeatable. It even smells really great! ....at first. I was immediately amazed at the instant difference this product made in getting through my very thick wavy/curly haired child's hair. The brush glided right through and the product had a pleasant scent initially... Then I came to the realization that it was making my kid's hair STINK!! We don't wash their hair every day, so I thought maybe the hair was just dirty and smelling bad (never has before). We tried the product again 3 separate times after the hair had been washed and every time it still smelled absolutely terrible! We won't be using it anymore. I have used this brands products in the past on my kiddos hair and mine with no issue, but something is off with this one.... Maybe I got a bad batch???
