easy to use, just popped it on and wasn't sure if it was gonna stay on but no worries it won't come off unless you try to take it off!

Bought this pad a few months ago %26 I really can't do hip thrusts without it. It's a little too firm for back squats but I'm sure it'll break in after a few uses. Honestly would recommend.

I like how quickly this can be put on or taken off the bar, compared to one with straps. Just make sure to position it so that when you place the bar behind your head, the opening in the pad doesn't end up against your neck.

Easy to attach to bar, comfort is okay. Easy to use. Only problem is it doesn't always stay on and has to be adjusted for different exercises. Works well with back squats but not so well with front squats. Have used it on a smith system barbell and stand alone barbell.

This thing is pretty good the only thing is that when I went a little heavy with it,it slipped and I almost got injured but also that could've been me and

i use this on my bowflex squat bar. It's better than my initial plan of using pipe insulation, and way better than the unpadded bar.
